We are pleased to offer an intensive workshop focused on writing skills geared to student success on writing for standardized testing (ATLAS). Direct correlations between the ATLAS and Arkansas English standards will be highlighted. Instructional strategies and best practices will be covered including working with the ATLAS rubric, pre-writing skills, writing assessment, editing & revision, as well as the modes of writing to be tested on the exam. This will be a time of collaboration and support to help teachers build a strong foundation for writing instruction.
