2025 AR AIMS AP Math Mock Reading

April 7
 - 8, 2025
The AR AIMS Advanced Placement Math Mock Reading Workshop will be held Monday and Tuesday, April 7-8, 2025. This workshop is for teachers of AP Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics who wish to gain experience scoring AP math free response questions. Participants work under the leadership of an AP teacher who is experienced as an AP Reader at the College Board's national AP math Readings as well as training in small group settings (tables) with lead teachers from Arkansas. We will score the released 2024 FRQ for AP Precalculus, AP Calculus AB, AP Calculus BC, and AP Statistics at this mock reading. Multiple Choice - You are welcome to use any of the multiple choice sections from any of the 2017, 2018, or 2019 secure practice exams that can be found in AP Classroom or through the course audit on AP Central. However, I also plan to write a complete multiple choice exam for each of these subjects with new problems modeled after the MCQ on those exams. It will be available on the AR AIMS AP instructional resource site by the end of Spring Break. If you use these new practice exams, they will be secure because they will not be available on the internet.
